So the X55 arrived today and I began the process of installing, testing, and configuring the devices (stick + throttle) across Windows 7 and Windows 10 to evaluate the install procedure and determine if there are any game-side issues that prevent proper device communication. They reinstalled and when I went into the game, they worked! Thanks Valkyrient! My HID list only had one entry for each device, but I uninstalled them and then scanned for hardware changes. I then rebooted my PC and BAM! Both stick and throttle can be tested in joy.cpl. Then I clicked 'Scan for hardware changes' - it only detected two of the devices. I answered No when it asked me to reboot a few times.
